Parson Family Fundraiser: Pay to Wear Caps

This week before Spring Break – March 11-14 – all students on all campuses will have the opportunity to wear a cap to class each day. The cost will be $1 per day. Students should pay their homeroom teacher or 2nd-period teacher. 

Lonny Parson, pastor at Honey Grove Cowboy Church, has been hospitalized since the first week of February. There have been multiple surgeries over the last few weeks including a major one Friday, March 8th.  The family has been in Plano throughout this event.  Friday also brought another issue for the family.  Josh, their son, who is a member of the Class of 2019, had to have his appendix removed on Saturday morning!  As you might imagine, this entire ordeal has placed an unbelievable strain on this family. To help offer some financial support to this family, students may pay a dollar to wear a hat to class.  The cost will be one dollar per day.  All funds collected will be given to the Parson family on Friday, March 15th.
